Lyn White-Giesler, Executive Director

Lyn has been the Executive Director of CASA of the Permian Basin Area since May 2009. She has been in nonprofit work for over 18 years. Lyn has her BA in Psychology and her MA in Clinical Psychology for the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She is married to Kerry Giesler and has two children, Kelby and Kade Giesler. Her daughter Kelby is married to Garret Davis. Lyn has lived in Odessa since she was two years of age. She has served on many nonprofit boards and devoted time to numerous local organizations throughout the years. Lyn has worked with at-risk children most of her life and believes all children deserve a "forever home."

Cynthia joined CASA as a volunteer in June of 2012. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, she came aboard full-time as a case manager. Cynthia was raised, and currently lives in, Goldsmith, Texas. Cynthia brings a wealth of community resources to our team. She is hard working and loving and has a passion to work with children in need.
Casey Hallmark, Volunteer Coordinator

Casey comes to CASA with a background in working with children in the system. Casey joined CASA in November of 2015. Casey has worked in different fields but ultimately came back to CASA where she started off ten years ago as a volunteer.
Nedra Morrell, Community Outreach

Nedra is a wonderful asset to CASA of the Permian Basin Area. Nedra works hard behind the scenes bringing with her a vast wealth of knowledge and a great work ethic. Nedra sets up all of our CASA café meetings and makes sure that CASA always has someone of great interest to speak at our events and CASA café's.

Jackie came to us in March of 2020. Jackie has a strong background in non-profit work and is an Odessa native. Jackie has a passion for this city and the people in it. Jackie will work hard to form great relationships with our volunteers.
