Lyn White-Giesler, Executive Director
Lyn has been the Executive Director of CASA of the Permian Basin Area since May 2009. She has been in nonprofit work for over 18 years. Lyn has her BA in Psychology and her MA in Clinical Psychology for the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She is married to Kerry Giesler and has two children, Kelby and Kade Giesler. Her daughter Kelby is married to Garret Davis. Lyn has lived in Odessa since she was two years of age. She has served on many nonprofit boards and devoted time to numerous local organizations throughout the years. Lyn has worked with at-risk children most of her life and believes all children deserve a "forever home."
Cynthia Warren, Program Director
Cynthia joined CASA as a volunteer in February of 2012. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, she came aboard full-time as a case manager. Cynthia was raised, and currently lives in, Goldsmith, Texas. Cynthia brings a wealth of community resources to our team. She is hard working and loving and has a passion to work with children in need.
Beckie Burwell, Advocate Supervisor
Beckie joined CASA as a volunteer in September 2013. In February 2014 she joined the CASA team as a Case Manager. Beckie attended Odessa College studying Psychology. She previously worked at First Aide Direct Safety assisting companies in the community with procedures and equipment. Beckie has lived in Odessa all her life and brings experience and knowledge to the Permian Basin Area.
Casey Hallmark, Volunteer Supervisor
Casey joined us recently as a volunteer and has taken over as our new volunteer coordinator. We are proud to have Casey with us on our team. Casey comes to CASA with a background in working with children in the system. Casey has worked in different fields but ultimately came back to CASA where she started off ten years ago as a volunteer.
Kim Todd, Advocate Supervisor
Kim is a seasoned case manager who brings with her a wealth of knowledge from both sides of the legal system. Having been with CPS for 20 plus years and with CASA for more than two, Kim is hard working and dedicated to all of her CASA cases.
